Our residents are our best advocates, and we love when our residents share the lifestyle they love so much with their friends and family.

How does it work?

Have you been referred by a friend?

If a resident or VIP club member introduced you to Ingenia Lifestyle, both of you could be eligible for our referral reward! You’ll each receive $2,000 reward~ when you successfully settle into your new home within an Ingenia Lifestyle community.

Have you referred a friend?

As an Ingenia Lifestyle resident or VIP member, you could receive a $2,000 reward~ as a token of appreciation when the friend or couple you’ve referred successfully settles into a new home within one of our communities.

  • I am a resident looking to refer a friend

    Thank you so much for sharing the lifestyle and referring a friend to Ingenia Lifestyle. 

    There are a few ways as a Resident that you can refer your friend.

    1. Invite them over to your home and give them a tour of the community, if they are interested, they can scan the QR code on the posters or fridge magnet and submit their enquiry
    2. Invite them to the next community event and if they are interested, personally introduce them to our Sales team 
    3. Visit your clubhouse and grab a referral flyer a give it to them the next time you catch up, or 
    4. Visit your Community Manager and grab a referral postcard pack and either post the card to them or give it to them the next time you catch up 
  • I am a VIP Member and looking to refer a friend

    Thank you so much for sharing the lifestyle and referring a friend to Ingenia Lifestyle.

    There are a few ways as a VIP Member that you can refer your friend. 

    1. In your VIP Member pack you would have received a referral postcard pack, you may either post the card or give it to your friend the next time you catch up 
    2. Invite them to the next community event you are attending and if they are interested, personally introduce them to our Sales team 
    3. Share our 1800 135 010 or the contact details for our Community Sales Manager with your friend 

    When your friend submits their enquiry, they’ll be asked to share your name and contact details so our Sales team will be in touch to verify this to ensure you are eligible to receive our $2,000 reward~ 

  • I've been referred by someone and want to enquire

    There are a few ways as a new customer that you can enquire. 

    1. Complete the online enquire form below
    2. Visit our community Sales office 
    3. Call our team on 1800 135 010 

    If you call or visit, be sure to let our team know that you were referred by your friend and our Sales team will verify this to ensure you are eligible to receive our $2,000 reward~
