Mayor of Cessnock Unveils Brand New Clubhouse at Ingenia Lifestyle Hunter Valley

Councillor Bob Pynsent, Mayor of Cessnock unveiled Ingenia Lifestyle Hunter Valley’s brand new community clubhouse on Thursday 6 April.

Residents and guests were invited to attend the ceremony and community Open Day where Cr Pynsent officially opened the clubhouse and attendees enjoyed a high tea and live jazz performance.

Ingenia Lifestyle Hunter Valley Project Sales Manager Rachel Pullicino said the clubhouse will be a hub for events in the community’s social calendar.

“The facilities reflect the idyllic country lifestyle of the community with open plan design and expansive undercover deck for outdoor entertaining,” Ms Pullicino said.

“The clubhouse will now connect our lifestyle focused community and be a vital resource for residents, providing them with a central location for social activities, local meetings and events.”

Ingenia Lifestyle Hunter Valley’s affordable and lifestyle focused community offers residents the opportunity to live in a brand new home in a land lease community where you own the home and lease the land.

The land lease model provides residents with financial benefits such as no entry or exit fees and zero stamp duty, which all contribute to an improved lifestyle for downsizers.

“The quality of our homes and communal facilities is always a surprise to downsizers when they come to visit our community for the first time,” Ms Pullicino said.

Locals are encouraged to attend and experience first-hand the benefits of downsizing into a lifestyle-focused land lease community, where you can own a brand new home from just $229,000. The next Open Day is scheduled for Saturday 6th May from 10am to 2pm.
