Turning your holiday destination into a forever home is something many holiday-goers only dream of, but Jack and Elizabeth White have made this a reality after moving to Ingenia Lifestyle Lake Conjola in the NSW coastal region of Ulladulla.

The couple were annual holiday visitors to the neighbouring tourism park, Ingenia Holidays Lake Conjola, before making the permanent move to the over 55s community.

“We were living in a large five bedroom two-storey home in Wollongong which was such a big home for the two of us.

“The house and yard were becoming too much to maintain – we were only living on the ground floor because I couldn’t cope with the stairs anymore.

“Our new home in Ingenia Lifestyle Lake Conjola is perfect for us – it is two bedrooms and we don’t have to worry about any maintenance,” Elizabeth said.

The couple had been visiting Lake Conjola regularly over the past six years and after learning about the Ingenia community in Lake Conjola they were excited to move homes to their favourite holiday spot permanently.

“We just love it here. We are so much more relaxed and have a great social life – it’s like being on holidays every day,” Elizabeth said.
