Port Stephens downsizers rush for seventh release

Keen downsizers had the chance to attend the open day and look at Ingenia Lifestyle’s Latitude One community and its almost sell out seventh release in late September.

Latitude One officially opened in July 2018 and has since welcomed more than 170 residents to the over 55s community.

Project Sales Manager Sheree Richardson said there had been strong interest in stage seven which was released in late August, with a handful of new homes remaining.

“The Port Stephens area is quite popular with downsizers who are looking for a sea change and a different lifestyle,” Ms Richardson said.

“At Latitude One, we are able to offer residents not only this beautiful Port Stephens coastal location, but also the added bonus of gold class resort facilities and community clubhouse and luxury homes, all at an affordable price.

“The Ingenia land lease model allows downsizers to buy their dream home at a fraction of the price by owning their home and leasing the land, they also don’t have to pay stamp duty or entry and exit fees.”

The guests were treated to a sneak peek of the multi-million-dollar community clubhouse which will feature a cinema, fully-equipped gym, indoor heated pool and outdoor pool, spa, wellness centre, sports lounge and bowling green.

The open day included a free barbecue lunch, live entertainment, plus the opportunity to hear from residents about their experience at Latitude One.

Homes in the seventh release of Ingenia Lifestyle’s Latitude One community start from $445,000 for a two bedroom, one and a half bathroom home.
